About Me

I am orginally from Longview, Texas and have been teaching many years. I have taught in Dallas, Texas and has worked as a staff developer in Baltimore City Public Schools.

I earned my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education at Prairie View A & M University. I earned my Masters Degree from the University of Phoenix in Administration and Supervision. I am a trainer and coach for Title Technology Cohort and work on numerous committees and instructional teams. I love to travel to fun and exciting places. I love learning about history and shopping online. I am married with two wonderful children. I hope that you enjoy my Wikispace.

This is what I hope to accomplish with this program:

  1. Help my students to demonstrate and grow in knowledge using technology.
  2. Become a leader in technology for my school and co-workers
  3. Extend our resources to the community through communication tools.
  4. Use new and innovative technology devices to enhance my instruction as a technology teacher.

My Expectations

I want my students to become proficient in using the newest innovations in technology. We have a wealth of technology in my school and I want to make sure that each piece of equipment is used to the fullest extent. I am excited that students and teachers will be able to grow and develop their skills through the implementation and integration of technology in the classroom.
